Local Skating Team Needs Your Help

Skaters from the Redwood City Ice Theatre team located at the Ice Oasis in Redwood City are heading to Burlington, Vermont this June to compete in the 2008 National AND International Theatre on Ice figure skating competitions. The team of 22 skaters -- all members of the US Figure Skating Association and ranging in age from 8-18, have been working since July 2007 on 2 probrams that they wil take to the competition: Alice in Wonderland (Junior level) and a Choreographic Exercise program.

Competing internationally is both an honor and a privilige but will cost each skater $1,500 to attend the competition.

Redwood City Ice Theatre is actively fundraising to help offset the costs for our skaters. By supporting our team at various sponsorship levels, your business or family name can be recognized as follows:

• Name displayed in the lobby of our home rink, the Ice Oasis
• Display ad in our 2008 Redwood City Ice Theatre Program Guide
• Other naming opportunities available for larger sponsorships
