Hockey Skills Classes

Skills and Stick & Shoot sessions are $5 for goalies, $10 for Ice Oasis league members, and $15 for non-members.

Minimum equipment required is a helmet with a cage or half shield, hockey gloves, elbow pads, & shin pads. Participants are encouraged to wear full hockey equipment. Beginners are welcome and loaner equipment, including skates, is available if you want to give hockey a try.

MONDAYS
  • 5:50pm to 6:50pm - Stick & Shoot
  • For Kids and Parents Only. Parents MUST wear a helmet with a half shield or cage. Kids are required to be in FULL gear. 

FRIDAYS
  • Midnight to 1am - Stick & Shoot

SATURDAYS
  • 10:55pm to 12am - Stick & Shoot

Sunday Hockey Skills Sessions
  • 5:15pm to 6:15pm - Beginner Level Skills      
  • 6:20pm to 7:20pm - Intermidate Level Skills
 

Hockey Skills Classes are designed to offer a series of hockey and skating drills to improve your gameplay and conditioning.

All classes are open to everyone at all skill levels, and are oriented for adults. Classes are taught by instructors that also teach our youth and adult hockey schools. 

Class size is limited to 30 players and 4 goalies. Reservations are encouraged but not required.
